Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I’ve been married for 30 years. My husband is a UPS delivery driver. We have three sons, one daughter and a grand baby. We love to travel, play golf, go camping, and play on the water!

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
As a coach, what I love most about what I do is helping clients learn to handle life’s challenges with less stress. Helping them to be more productive, being pulled by a compelling vision and emotions like curiosity, creativity, empathy, and passion rather than pushed through anxiety, stress, blame, shame, disappointment, etc…It’s energizing to watch them live happier, sleep better and enjoy better relationships!

Slices and Red Door Cafe.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I was born and raised here in Moses Lake.

I’d love to go on an Alaskan Cruise.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
The Office is my favorite TV show, and any movie with John Candy is my favorite…pick your poison!

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Realize earlier, rather than later, that optimism and pessimism are both self-fulfilling prophecies!

Chicos.

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Shirzad Chamane. His research and perspective is energizing, inspiring and hopeful. We’d meet at the Porterhouse patio for lunch.

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I love that we get the advantages of a small community, but we’re less that a day to almost any experience – the mountains, the coast, a foreign country, etc.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Still here in Moses Lake; expanding my business and serving more people more efficiently.
